ALL ORDERS will be processed within 1 business day from the date of purchase. 

Deliveries will take 1-7 business days depending on your location.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be issued with a tracking number to your email address so you are able to track your delivery. 

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

 

ALL ORDERS will be processed within 1 business day from the date of purchase. 

Deliveries will take 10-25 business days depending on your location.

Once your order has been shipped, you will be issued with a tracking number to your email address so you are able to track your delivery. 

Most countries are already setup within our store to purchase from. If yours is not listed, please contact us, as we are more than happy to organise. 

 

PACKAGING

All orders come gift boxed and include a felt pouch. Our If you have purchased multiple items and require them to be in separate gift boxes, please advise us either in your order notes or by emailing hello@dearhenley.com.au within 1 hour of your order. 

 
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for the delivery services of Australia Post and affiliated postal services. Any items missing/stolen or undelivered due to incorrect information cannot be replaced by Dear Henley. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact Australia Post immediately to launch an investigation into your delivery. Also let us know and we will do our very best to help from our end too!
